Employed? Request reimbursement through your employer's learning budget. This is a ready-to-send note with the cost, dates and outcomes already in it, framed around what the company gets. Individual training budgets in the Netherlands typically run €2,000 a year, and unspent budget usually doesn't carry into the next year.
